Our Process
Pre Commencement site inspection
Our team are trained in all aspects of fault finding, checking and listing all damage, wear and tear, fading, dye problems, stains and the degree of cleaning required. The state of stoves and ovens, bathrooms and toilets . Fitted carpets and hard floors. Lights and fittings, walls etc.
Cleaning
TrustOak Services remove and dispose of all rubbish and / or properties let behind that have been flagged to us by our clients. This is then followed by a thorough vacuuming and sweeping and dusting of all surfaces. Once this stage has is completed our team will begin the wash down and disinfecting of all surfaces within the property whilst our soft furnishing cleaning team commence cleaning of fitted carpets and any upholstery.
Finishing
Finally our team will inspect your property, making sure no areas have been missed or are in need of further attention, ensuring that you are ready to move in or hand the keys over to the new owners with pride.
